Creating Positive Outcomes

Easter at Coast Care

Coast Care residents enjoyed the lead up to the Easter celebrations as well as the Easter weekend it self.

Residents made Spring decorations to decorate their home and baked delicious cakes with chocolate and mini eggs to enjoy with afternoon tea.

A fun Easter weekend was had, having an 'egg and spoon' race, writing messages to to loved ones to be displayed on social media or sent directly to families and friends.  All three homes organised an Easter egg hunt. Whitecliff and Whitebeach made their hunt more of a challenge by giving the residents a page of clues to find the hidden eggs.

Some local musicians volunteered to entertain our residents on Easter Sunday from a safe distance in the garden. Wonderful community spirit that was much appreciated.

Although our residents were unable to have visits from their families and friends due to the Coronavirus isolation restrictions, we all enjoyed time together with our 'Coast Care Family'.
