Creating Positive Outcomes

Easter Activities and More

We celebrated Easter weekend with an Easter egg hunt with the staff and residents.  Clues were given by Poppy our activities co-ordinator and with a carer the residents began the hunt for chocolate eggs.

Plenty of arts and crafts took place on the lead up the the celebrations, making the homes look full of colour and 'Spring'.

Those residents and day care clients that would like to, enjoy the regular bus trips which leave each home two or three times a week. Also residents enjoy local walks in the park to make the most of the warmer Spring weather.

Regular baking sessions take place, which all our day care clients and residents enjoy.

Games, quizzes, puzzles and music are all part of the daily life at all of our homes

Sarah from Creative Minds once again visited Whitebriars to do some wonderful art work with Decena our activites co-ordinator, making the home full of vibrant colour.

This month we also welcomed back 'Drawing Life' who conducted a Life Drawing class. This is really a enjoyable activity that our residents and day care clients get totally engaged in. This is something we hope to do regularly at all of our homes. We really appreciate the time that 'Drawing Life' give us.
