Throughout the spring and its fantastic weather, Coast Care Homes residents have been exploring some of the best sights and attractions around, including fantastic day trips to London, Howletts Zoo, Canterbury Cathedral, and Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum.
As well as all of this there have been countless half day trips to many local towns, villages, view points, and cafe's. Our residents have been enjoying varying styles of music entertainment and therapy groups, and have also begun to take part in exercise class workshops, courtesy of the Alive and Active program.
Whitebriars residents have begun organising a Garden Club on Tuesday afternoons, where they will be enjoying an active outdoor lifestyle, whilst maintaining their own vegetable patch and growing their own choice of flowers and shrubs.
We hope to continue our programs throughout the Summer months and soak up more of the sunshine.
