Music 4 Health

Our residents at Whitecliff, have been really enjoying their music therapy program with Music 4 Health.

In the latest program, residents played along to songs using a variety of instruments, and even had a go at composing an orchestra! There was also an Irish Jig that the residents took part in using plastic plates. To finish off the session there was a nostalgic quiz, in which our residents got all the questions right!

We are all looking forward to the next Music 4 Health Visit.
