Activities Outings and Entertainment

Providing every resident with a high quality of life and fulfilling day-to-day routine is prioritised by all of the staff at Coast Care Homes. A regular and varied activities programme is developed by our full-time activities co-ordinator who, together with the manager and owner, regularly review each resident with regards to the enjoyment, stimulation and happiness of their daily life.

We place a high priority on our activities and workshops meeting our residents own individual needs. A hairdresser visits the home weekly, a mobile library every few weeks and a private Chiropodist every month. We also organise regular visits to local attractions and gardens. Recent outings include a trip to a local Llama farm and to the theatre.

We also organise a Christmas party and a summer party/barbeque at both homes and we welcome family and friends at both events.
